per person to be paid with your completed booking form. This will reserve a place for you and we will then send confirmation and let
you know date balance due. Tours booked within 30 days of departure will need to be paid in full.
Full payment must be received 30 days before departure, if not received booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund of deposit.
Cancellations
All
cancellations must be in writing and following terms apply:
Over 60 days ... full refund
Between 60 and 30 days ... full refund
less £25.00 administration costs
Less than 30 days ... no refund
We reserve the right to cancel, this would only be in exceptional circumstances, and would give you an option of an alternative tour or full refund.
We will not be held responsible or offer a refund in the event of Terrorism, Civil unrest, War, Riots or any natural disasters or any unforeseen disputes or weather.
Tour may have to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, alternatives will be offered, any additional minor costs will be absorbed by us, any excessive costs will be passed on, however, you will be given the option of accepting these or cancelling with a full refund.
In the event of adverse weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances we cannot be held responsible for any alterations to the route as advertised.
Your personal responsibilities.
You must inform us of any illness,
infirmity, allergies, or dietary needs which may affect your holiday.
You must be a competent rider with a full motorcycle driving
licence and a road legal bike
You must have a valid insurance covering yourself, bike and pillion.
You must have the ability to get yourself, pillion and your bike home in the event of a breakdown or accident which will be wholly your responsibility.
The
tour is escorted throughout and riders are to follow the reasonable requests and directions of the tour leader. Riders will
be given a time table which must be adhered to, departures will be strict as this will have an implication on the schedule of the
day.
Riders are expected to remain within the party and not take route diversions without prior discussion.
Riders and passengers
are responsible for their own safety by wearing suitable protective clothing and equipment.
We offer no breakdown cover or repair
service.
Riders and passengers have to act responsibly to other members of the group.
Complaints
Should be in writing
and we will investigate and give a written reply when the complaint has been investigated.
